I created this to help my wife who was teaching at the Telus World of Science Edmonton. She wanted something she could use in the lab/classroom that would connect the abstract idea of the polarities of atoms and molelcules with the visible and demonstrable action of a positively charged balloon pulling a stream of water towards it. THIS IS A PROOF OF CONCEPT ONLY.
